Client Need: The Federal EPA discontinued support for the previous data collection application, STORET. The State needed to replace and enhance the prior water quality data collection approach for its internal data analysis efforts as well as for reporting to the Water Quality Exchange (WQX) and move off its reliance of STORET.

Our Solution: E24X7INC proposed an Analysis & Design team and approach that would allow the FDEP-DEAR to collect and incorporate the wide-range of data collection and quality assurance requirements into a web-based application that adhered to the agency’s internal development standards using Oracle databases and Java JEE architecture.
