Client Need: The Agricultural Licenses section had a custom Oracle Forms & Reports application that needed both new features and remediation of defects identified. The License and Bond Law (LBL) application was created by a prior vendor and the client did not detect the defects until after the vendor contract had ended.

Our Solution: E24X7INC provided a team that consisted of a Systems Analyst, Project and an Application Developer to understand the business requirements of the new features and to research and identify the actions needed to address the defects. This resulted in the success implementation of PM processes that ensured client requirements were identified and the developed code passed User Acceptance Testing prior to implementation. This project also needed the creation of a development and test environment for the application code and database as the agency only had a copy of the production code and tables.
