Client Need: DEP-BIS required a senior project manager to coordinate and manage their IT Development and Maintenance efforts across numerous enterprise level applications.

Our Solution: E24X7INC provided a DEP experienced Project Manager to DEP-BIS to manage the design, development, and deployment of Enhancements to numerous enterprise legacy application enhancements and new application development efforts in compliance with the requirements of the agency’s IT standards and best practices. The Project Manager successfully developed project plans with defined scopes and deliverables, effectively communicated to stakeholders throughout the projects, negotiated for key personnel to support the projects, and actively managed the projects from inception to closure. The PM also had significant technical expertise to provide some support to the Business Analysts and Developers to keep the projects moving forward in accordance with the approved schedules.
