Client Need: DEP-BBCS required a senior project manager to coordinate and manage their IT Development and Maintenance efforts.

Our Solution: E24X7INC provided a DEP experienced Project Manager to DEP-BBCS to manage the schedule, design, development, and deployment of the BBCS Enhancements to the BCMS application in compliance with the requirements of the agency’s Office Technology & Information Services (OTIS). The Project Manager successfully developed full-scale project plans with defined scopes and deliverables, effectively communicated to stakeholders throughout the project, negotiated for key personnel to support the project, and developed best practice tools for project execution and management.
