E24x7inc’s model: The customer provides ‘the problem to solve’ and the data. Enterprise 24x7 Inc. owns and provides the hardware equipment and the software necessary for the project. Enterprise 24x7 Inc. provides the consulting team to define, install, administer, and maintain the network and systems and to develop and deploy the project. Typically this case is chosen by customers willing to limit the expenses related to the maintenance of an IT department in-house.
